Did you know that more than 50 million Latinos call the U.S. home? To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, WTVI PBS Charlotte will air “Latino Americans,” a three-part documentary series that charts the evolution of Latino Americans from the 1500s to today, through imagery, interviews and personal stories – Tuesdays at 8 p.m.

Actor Benjamin Bratt narrates this landmark six-hour series, the first major television documentary series to chronicle the rich and varied history of Latinos, who have for the past 500-plus years helped shape what is today the United States and have become the country’s largest minority group.
