WTVI INVITES YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN ONE OF OUR

MOST FUN-FILLED FUNDRAISING EVENTS EVER

This 10-hour dance marathon will take place Saturday, March 6, 2010, in the WTVI studios at 3242 Commonwealth Avenue in Charlotte and will be broadcast live from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM!

Some of Charlotte’s finest dance studios and schools are already signed up! But you don’t have to be with an organized dance group to participate! All happy feet are welcome! And it’s all to raise money for your community television station - WTVI! Plus, there’s a $1000 prize for the couple that brings in the most pledge money! Second and third place prizes will also be awarded! Free food and beverage throughout the dance-a-thon!

So grab your dance partner and let’s get you registered!

Call 704-371-8834 or visit our secure website WTVI.org for easy registration! Each dancer must register individually. REGISTRATION IS FREE FOR ALL INDIVIDUALS! Then, start signing up your sponsors - relatives, friends, businesses! A sponsor’s pledge is the amount pledged per hour for the total length of time that you dance. If you are a corporate participant, the registration fee is $250 per couple. While you certainly want to get as many advance pledges as possible, viewers during the dance- a-thon broadcast will also be encouraged to pledge for couples! So, let’s dance!
