The Volunteer Corps!
The annual WTVI Auction happens every spring and has proven to be a fun and exciting fundraiser. Volunteers are needed to help in every aspect of the auction. Prior to the auction, volunteers are needed months in advance to prepare for the event. These positions include:

Reach out to businesses and individuals to donate items to the Auction. |
| Office Personnel: |
Copy writing, stocking and tracking items, completing and filing paperwork, keeping auction database up-to-date. |
If you are interested in volunteering after the auction has closed, listed below are the positions and their description.
| Confirmation: |
Confirming of high bid winners and advising of pick up/shipping options. |
| Shipping/Pick-up and Pay: |
Checking of paperwork and pulling of sold items. Preparing items for shipping or pick-up. |
| After Auction Follow-up to Donors: |
Helping auction office personnel prepare thank you letters and related material to all donors. |
In-office auction volunteers enjoy:

Company Involvement
The WTVI Auction would be happy to have your business or civic group become the newest recruit in the Volunteer Corps. When 5 or more of your employees or organization’s members sign up to help with the Auction, you’ll receive the following benefits:
- Recognition of your support on the WTVI Auction Web site
- Recognition in the WTVI Auction Bidder’s Guide
- Recognition of your support in the on-air closing credits of the “Auction Highlights Program”
