What You Can Do in the Member Portal
- Through the portal, you can:
- Update your payment method for your sustaining gift
- Increase or adjust your monthly donation

First Time Logging In?
Getting started is simple.
When you reach the login page, click “New User / Forgot Password” and follow the prompts to set up your access. Be sure to use the same email address associated with your PBS Charlotte membership.
Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to manage your membership anytime.
